Birds chirp and the soft light of sunset permeates the field in the evening as we do our flower harvest. It's an incredibly magical experience that puts you in touch with nature and your own quiet thoughts.
This class will allow you into the experience of the flower farmer--you will be given your own bucket and clippers and sent into the field to harvest after a tour and harvest instructions. After you've created your palette for your bouquet, we will convene in the barn for a glass of wine and instructions on how to do a proper hand-tied bouquet to showcase your bounty!
The class will change each month depending on what flowers are in bloom. For example, the June class will include more foraging in the woods for foliage, while the September class will be heavy on dahlias.
Dates available: June 19, July 17, August 21, and September 18. Please use drop down menu and left/right arrows to scroll to select date.
Wear shoes you don't mind getting a bit dirty and clothes you can move in! Bring gloves if you would like to use them. Clippers and all other materials will be provided.
No refund or exchanges will be given. Thank you for your understanding!
