– Sold OutEach month, we will be opening up our fields for you to stroll, enjoy, and harvest your own flowers. These you-pick dates are weather dependent, so if there is weather that prevents us from picking, we will refund your date or transfer you to the following morning (Sunday). You must arrive before 7 pm in order to have time to complete your pick before sunset.
We ask that you bring a wide-mouth quart mason jar to fill. This helps us maintain our mission of recycling whenever possible, rather than buying new. (Hint: the wide-mouth jars let you fit more flowers, so be sure to not use a regular mouth!).
If you have a partner/child (or children) who would like to join you, you do not have to purchase additional tickets: however, you may only harvest one jar of flowers per ticket.
When you arrive at the farm, you will check in at the gated entrance to the farm, adjacent to the farmstand. We will have clippers on hand that you are welcome to use, or you may bring your own if you so choose (we just ask that you allow us to disinfect them prior to cutting).
We will fill your jar with clean water and flower food; after which, you will be free to meander the field and gather your blooms and grab a cup of coffee from the barn. Expect cutting flowers to take you approximately 30-45 minutes. Your flowers will head to our cooler after that, to condition for better vase life. At the end of the you-pick, we will gather everyone who is interested in a farm tour and discussion about regenerative agriculture and the flower industry.
Afterward, we suggest a lovely meal at nearby Abrusci's Fire & Vine!
Our tours and classes fill up quickly and are nonrefundable: refunds result in high transaction costs, time, and unplanned inventory changes that small farmers simply are not equipped to handle. Thank you for your understanding.
